Job Summary
Maintain property grounds and common areas by keeping buildings free of debris, repairing fences and walkways, and performing landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and planting. Clean drainage systems, paint outbuildings, and make minor repairs to maintenance equipment while notifying supervisors of hazardous conditions. Handle inclement weather needs including snow removal and flood mitigation. Work outdoors in varying temperatures and conditions, lifting up to 25 pounds. High school diploma and prior groundskeeping experience required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior grounds-keeping, landscaping or related work experience
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Ability to use hands and fingers
- Ability to speak, see, and hear
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push, and pull
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to walk and climb stairs
- Ability to think, concentrate, and communicate
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Pool Operator designation
