Job Summary
Lead two home-services brands in Liberty, MO, and Topeka, KS, by driving revenue, gross profit, and EBITDA targets across both locations. Build monthly operating budgets, review invoices and payroll, and track key metrics including call board, field conversion, and membership growth. Champion a five-star customer experience by maintaining a 4.8+ Google rating, resolving feedback same-day, and partnering with marketing to grow demand. Run daily huddles, conduct monthly one-on-ones, and manage recruitment, training, and retention while ensuring safety compliance and healthy accounts receivable. Join weekly GM check-ins and attend quarterly boot camps.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years supervising or managing within a service-industry operation
- proven track record of hitting and beating revenue goals
- Strong grasp of P&L, job costing, and cost/forecast analysis
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- High School diploma / GED
- Working knowledge of local business and employment laws
- Sharp analytical skills

- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a winning team
