Job Summary
Collaborate on operational plans to achieve revenue and guest satisfaction targets while leading associates to meet service goals. Manage loss prevention and risk management policies to protect hotel assets and ensure safety. Engage with associates to improve hotel culture and embrace core values. Requires 6+ years of General Manager experience, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in hotel property management systems. Full-time role with a salary range of $185,000 - $195,000 plus bonus.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a General Manager
- 2+ years as General Manager over 2 or more hotels
- Previous experience as a General Manager with a major branded hotel
- Strong understanding of brand standards, initiatives, and collaborative partnerships with corporate brand teams
- Extensive rooms and/or F&B experience
- Bachelor's degree in hotel management, business, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite
- Proficiency in cloud-based apps
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems
- Willingness to relocate
