Job Summary
Own the relationships with customers for truck sales, service, and parts. Lead the recruitment and retention of top talent to drive revenue growth in parts, service, and vehicle sales. Maintain interaction with sales leadership and provide operational support to retain and grow the Region’s revenue base. Executes upon and corrects any quality assurance issues regarding service delivery, customer service and day to day operations of dealerships in designated region according to the company’s policies and procedures. Improve the operational and administrative functions and drive consistency in the assigned Region. Leverages extensive experience, expertise, and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. Interacts with functional heads and Central Support Office. Key Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, leading dealership managers and staff, monitoring budgeting/forecasting/KPIs, optimizing service department workflow, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing marketing and sales strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, building relationships with manufacturers and suppliers, analyzing market trends, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- five years management experience
- multi-site commercial vehicle dealerships or similar business structure
- Must possess a current and valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR)
- Ability to travel up to 50% to other locations in the dealership network
