Area Franchise Lead for Tim Hortons in APAC focused on driving franchisee relationships, regional growth strategies, and operational excellence. Requires strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; fluency in English with working knowledge of Korean preferred; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; bachelor’s degree in business/related field; MBA beneficial. 5-10 years of experience in business management, operations, strategy, or corporate development; prior experience in APAC and knowledge of regional market dynamics strongly valued. In-office five days per week at Singapore Corporate Office.
