Job Summary
Oversee all collision repair activity within assigned markets by reviewing, approving, and negotiating body repair estimates while monitoring and reducing repair cycle times. Ensure proper repair quality standards, prevent supplement abuse, and develop preferred body shop networks with enforced pricing agreements. Audit repair invoices to identify cost-containment opportunities and manage preventative maintenance compliance and scheduling. Monitor mechanical repair trends, ensure timely diagnostics, and minimize vehicle downtime by tracking cost per unit and implementing standardized maintenance approval workflows. This role operates Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime pay after 40 hours and subject to on-call scheduling with additional compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and consistent organization
- Ability to manage high volumes of property data across multiple markets
- Clear written and verbal communication for internal updates
- Self-motivated and dependable with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel occasionally if needed
- Employment is contingent on passing a background check
- Some roles require passing a drug test
