Job Summary
Lead and develop instructors across multiple BODYROK studio locations, recruit/audit/onboard/train new instructors, conduct evaluations, and coach for ongoing growth. Maintain and ensure delivery of the BODYROK method and brand experience, drive class quality, safety, and programming execution, and enhance member engagement and satisfaction. Analyze performance metrics (attendance, utilization, retention, instructor effectiveness) and collaborate with studio leadership to meet goals. Travel regularly between studio locations to support openings, launches, and initiatives.
