Job Summary
Lead and develop instructors across multiple BODYROK studios in the Napa Solano region, ensuring consistent instructor performance, class quality, member engagement, and brand standards. Recruit, audition, onboard, and train new instructors; conduct class evaluations; lead development programs and continuing education; coach lead instructors; ensure BODYROK method adherence; drive fitness excellence with high standards for safety and programming; monitor performance and member feedback; support studio openings and special initiatives; enhance member experience and engagement; analyze performance metrics and collaborate with studio leadership to reach goals; travel between studio locations to support regional fitness strategies and initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of fitness management, instructor leadership, or multi-unit fitness experience
- Proven success recruiting, coaching, and developing fitness professionals
- Strong understanding of group fitness, Pilates, strength training, and boutique fitness operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate teams and drive accountability
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- CPR/AED certification required
- Nationally recognized fitness certification preferred (NASM, ACE, ACSM, AFAA, Balanced Body, or equivalent)
- Ability to travel regularly between studio locations
