Area Field Manager

Manage your designated route profit and loss by prospecting, opening, and growing U-Haul dealership organizations through direct engagement with small business owners and independent dealers. Develop professional business relationships to provide market insights and train dealers on growth opportunities while ensuring operational excellence through equipment maintenance and display management. Operate a fully stocked service vehicle to distribute equipment throughout your route, perform minor repairs, and arrange recovery for lost or abandoned assets. Maintain a valid driver's license and DOT health certificate to operate commercial motor vehicles safely. This role supports the broader U-Haul mission of serving DIY movers nationwide by expanding the dealer network.
