Job Summary
Area ES&H Supervisor to develop and execute the Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) program for a project area. Responsibilities include leading ESH planning and risk management for concurrent operations, mentoring ESH team members, enforcing subcontractor ESH performance, advising project leadership on risk tradeoffs, integrating safety requirements into planning, design, construction, procurement, and subcontracts, performing risk assessments, preparing documentation and reports, and coordinating with customers, project teams, and contractors. Requires a Bachelor of Science (or equivalent) in a related discipline (or an Associate’s with extensive experience), 10+ years of relevant ESH experience, OSHA knowledge, ability to travel/relocate, and a valid driver’s license. Desired qualifications include professional ESH certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH), ISO 45001 knowledge, and experience managing large ESH programs across multi-discipline teams. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree (or equivalent) in a related discipline OR an Associate’s degree with relevant experience
- 10+ years of relevant experience in ESH
- Experience managing ESH teams of 6+ on large projects (2000+ workers)
- Experience supporting semiconductor/high technology or complex manufacturing construction projects desirable
- Proven ability to lead ESH programs through evolving scope, schedule pressure, and organizational change
- Proficiency with OSHA regulations and data management tools
- Strong communication and leadership skills for engagement with senior leadership and clients
- Willingness and ability to travel/relocate as needed
- Professional certification (ASP, OHST, CSP, CIH) or progress toward certification desirable
- Valid driver’s license
- ISO 45001 knowledge desirable
- Strong technical writing abilities
- Multilingual capabilities a plus
