Job Summary
Senior Area Director responsible for P&L ownership and ROI across up to 15 premium buildings within the designated geographic area in Latin America. Accountable for overall profitability, member experience, and regional operations; lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Real Estate, Finance, Legal, IT, HR, and Product; drive revenue targets, cost-saving initiatives, and EBITDA optimization; manage Community Managers to execute strategy and maintain global standards while delivering high member satisfaction and retention; travel to the region as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Finance or related. MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.
