Job Summary
Area Director oversees and manages all aspects of care and team member duties in the assigned area, with responsibilities including marketing Daybreak services to the community, ensuring compliance with HCS/DADS/TxHmL Waiver programs, supervising administrative and clinical staff, budgeting and billing reviews, approving expenses up to $500, coordinating with leadership on strategic planning, and ensuring program quality and regulatory adherence. Requires strong writing and communication skills, experience with developmental disabilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a professional setting. Location: Fort Worth, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or related experience
- Minimum of 5 years working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Excellent writing skills
