Job Summary
Area Director responsible for directing, leading, and supervising staff at a program site to ensure quality services for adults with disabilities; accountable for the area’s financial performance, budgeting, purchasing, and billing compliance; will implement growth strategies to increase census and occupancy, support new start development, and maintain relationships with case managers, referral agents, legislators, and families, while showcasing strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a care-focused, community-based setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and three to six years of related experience with significant management experience in the human services industry
- Master’s degree in Human Services, other education and experience as required by state
- Licensure as required by state
- Strong leadership qualities, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills to manage relationships
- A commitment to quality in everything you do
