Job Summary
Area Director with responsibility for the management and operations of assigned market(s) within single-family rental homes. Leads local teams, owns market performance and P&L, drives budget and KPI achievement, and standardizes processes to improve efficiency. Oversees maintenance, renovations, evictions, leasing, resident satisfaction, and customer service; partners with central operations to meet corporate goals. Recruits, develops, and leads high-performing leaders; ensures timely execution of initiatives, and maintains a strong focus on resident experience and quality service. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience), 7+ years in property management, 5+ years of supervisory experience, and a Real Estate/Broker license. Proficiency with property-management tools (e.g., Yardi Voyager, Salesforce) and MS Office; valid driver’s license. Travel and market visits as needed; strong communication and organizational skills expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related work experience
- 7 or more years of previous property management experience in either the single family or multi-family rental industry
- At least 5 or more years of supervisory experience
- Real Estate License/Broker license required
