Job Summary
Lead a team of Oncology Clinical Nurse Educators to provide on-label, company-approved education and foster a high-performing, inclusive environment. Coach and mentor team members on product knowledge, disease states, and the evolving oncology marketplace while developing and maintaining a strategic territory plan. Screen, interview, hire, and retain qualified talent from diverse backgrounds, and collaborate on creating and implementing field execution strategies aligned with product strategy. Manage administrative duties including team engagement reports and expense tracking, while working cross-functionally with sales and medical teams to ensure compliant partnerships. Achieve results by holding self and the team accountable to performance goals and regulatory guidelines. Travel up to 50% of the time to support field operations across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in nursing or equivalent experience
- Active RN license or Advanced Practice License (Nurse Practitioner/Clinical Nurse Specialist)
- Extensive experience in hematology/oncology across clinical practice and pharmaceutical settings
- A minimum of relevant experience in disease state and product-related education
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
- A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record, or equivalent means of transportation
Desired Qualifications
