Job Summary
Grow and maintain relationships with key clients to produce topline business across room, food & beverage, and catering revenues. Strategize, implement, and accomplish quarterly sales plans while partnering with Regional Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams on forecasting and budgeting. Proactively conduct sales blitzes, outside sales, and new conversations to spark leads, then negotiate and close business. Lead and partner with operational departments to ensure sales outcomes align with brand standards and community engagement goals.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel sales within major brands and/or 3+ years non-hotel, proven sales leadership experience
- Ability to learn systems technology
- Displays a magnitude of professionalism, being your best-self
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Systems Proficiency: Delphi FDC, Profit Sword and Hospitality (Brand) Systems
