Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Major brand experience required
- 5+ years of experience in revenue management
- Strong analytical skills for displacement and pricing strategies
- Proficiency with RMS, PMS, and distribution channels
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and manage multiple priorities
