Job Summary
The Area Director of Revenue Management is responsible for implementing revenue objectives across a hotel portfolio to maximize revenues and profit. Key responsibilities include optimizing RevPAR, conducting competitor pricing analysis, facilitating weekly revenue strategy meetings, and managing transient inventory controls. The ideal candidate should have a college degree, a minimum of two years hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and current revenue management experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years’ experience in the hospitality field
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Work-related Analytical Experience
- Current experience in revenue management position with responsibility for a large hotel or multiple properties
- Thorough knowledge of OTA Extranets
- Understanding of revenue management techniques and strategies
