Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day People Services operations across multiple business units, driving talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies. Lead team member engagement initiatives using platforms like Connect x Beekeeper and CultureAmp, while administering benefits, open enrollment, and FMLA/LOA functions. Manage performance evaluations, coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions to support employee relations and ensure compliance with government regulations and EEOC standards. Utilize applicant tracking systems and HRIS tools to analyze data for organizational growth. This role supports RiverPlace Hotel's vision of creating unforgettable guest and team experiences within the CoralTree managed property.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of HR experience in a similar position
- A hands-on leader who values relationship building with all team members
- Familiar with employment laws, EEOC regulations, and state-specific guidelines
- Comfortable having employee relations conversations in a virtual setting when necessary
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced in Microsoft tools and HRIS systems (iCIMS and UKG a plus)
