Job Summary

Direct day-to-day operations of assigned long-term care facilities in Texas; mentor and train Administrators, troubleshoot management issues, and ensure compliance with state and federal nursing facility regulations. Plan, implement, and report all aspects of territory operations to the COO; manage budgets, census, revenue, marketing, and resident satisfaction. Travel 4–5 days per week within the territory; oversee facility performance, staffing models, and ensure high-quality resident care. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and Texas Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator licensure with 3–5 years of multi-facility leadership. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills, plus knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management. Collaborative liaison between Corporate management and area facilities; develop community relations and ensure policy alignment and executive standard adherence.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four year college or university
  • Texas Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator (unrestricted licensure)
  • 3-5 years progressive experience managing multiple facilities
  • Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of local, state, and federal nursing home regulations
  • Experience in budgeting, census management, revenue optimization, and cost control
  • Customer service orientation and ability to mentor administrators
  • Bachelor’s degree and licensure requirements per job posting
