Job Summary
Develop and execute annual growth strategies to achieve membership, retention, launch, and revenue goals while overseeing new chapter development initiatives. Build a robust pipeline of prospective members and leadership talent, then coach team members to improve results in chapter growth and visitor conversion. Establish clear performance expectations, KPIs, and accountability measures for directors and ambassadors, utilizing reporting to evaluate chapter health and implement corrective action plans. Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing team members while creating succession plans to ensure long-term market sustainability. Maintain compliance with organizational policies and ethical business practices, ensuring consistent execution of BNI systems and standards. Requires 60% travel within the assigned market and full-time commitment.
