Job Summary
Provide direction and supervision of staff at the program site to ensure quality services. Manage financial performance of the area business unit by reviewing statements, overseeing purchasing, and assuring billing compliance. Implement core growth strategies to increase census, maximize utilization, and support new start development. Maintain relations with case managers, referral agents, legislators, and government officials while fostering connections with individuals served, families, and guardians. Requires a Bachelor's degree with three to six years of human services management experience, a Master's degree where required by state, and relevant licensure. Full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules available with comprehensive benefits including 401(k) matching and paid time off.
