Area Director

Oversee 10 school-based programs in Sayreville and South Amboy while coaching Site Directors, partnering with school administrators, and supporting families. Conduct regular school visits, monitor program quality, and ensure compliance with company policies and New Jersey licensing requirements. Manage staffing, enrollment, and payroll, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. This full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree, three to five years of educational leadership experience, and the ability to travel regularly between locations. Leading Edge serves students across multiple states, prioritizing academic success and social development through high-quality before and after-school programming.
