Job Summary
Multisite Director & Licensed Physical Therapist (40 hrs/week) at Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy – Outpatient Ortho in Rock Hill, SC. Oversees patient care and clinic operations by managing multiple Clinic Directors; monitor outcomes, treatment protocols, documentation quality, and adherence to best practices to drive high-quality patient care. Leads mentorship and development of teammates, drives same-store growth, referral targets, KPIs, and financial metrics to align with company objectives. Responsibilities include supporting team development, providing individualized guidance to Clinic Directors, and maintaining autonomy and growth in a collaborative, values-driven environment. Requires Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice, with minimum 2 years of clinical experience (supervisory experience preferred). Competitive salary range $100,000–$110,000/year plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance.
