Drive achievement of key results for the area by collaborating with Business Leaders to influence strategy based on deep understanding of business implications. Conduct investigations of complex Employee Relations and HR matters, serving as the area escalation point for significant issues and managing risk effectively. Lead the HR team with demonstrated people leader skills, including coaching other leaders, while facilitating talent routines and supporting performance improvement planning. Collaborate with appropriate teams to ensure policies and processes are implemented consistently, and provide insight into area-specific training needs for Region Leadership. Engage proactively with Functional Partners and HR Centers of Excellence to optimize effectiveness and support culture change initiatives.
