Job Summary
Oversee administration, planning, and compliance for the MAP MOVS program; supervise Program Directors and ensure program quality through monitoring, auditing, and regulatory compliance. Lead staff development, budgeting, and financial management; manage internal audits and external reporting. Develop community relations, funding referrals, and collaborations with agencies; guide program evaluation, research, and development to expand services and ensure effective rehabilitative programming for justice-involved individuals.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree and five years’ experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree and seven years’ experience in the social service or criminal justice field
- Five years’ experience in management and supervision of staff
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to engage and develop collaborations with community agencies
- Experience developing similar programs
