Job Summary
Oversee and manage all aspects of individual care and team member duties in the assigned area. Assist the Regional Director in marketing Daybreak services to the community, state schools, and MRA's, while attending individual pre-placement meetings and resolving Team Member/Individual complaints. Ensure services are provided as written on the IPC, audit service delivery notes, and track service provider documentation. Supervise Administrative Team Members, Support Managers, Nurses, and other staff, including employment actions, training on policies, and corrective processes. Authorize expenses up to $500.00, review monthly billing, and provide input on regional budgets. Maintain compliance with TDMHMR, HCS, DADS, and waiver program regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of the HCS, DB-MD, DADS, and TxHmL Waiver programs and TDMHMR
- Minimum of 5 years working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, manuals and other company documents
- Exhibits above average oral communication skills
