Job Summary
Lead operations for 4-5 assigned clubs by managing staff, volunteers, and facilities while ensuring safety, high-quality programming, and revenue goals are met. Oversee Branch Directors, conduct performance reviews, handle crisis situations, and manage annual safety inspections. Develop strategic plans to grow membership and average daily attendance, analyze data for continuous improvement, and maintain financial resources and facility maintenance schedules. Act as a liaison between clubs, families, and partnerships to support community relationships and board functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field
- Minimum 2 years' operations experience
- Must be able to inspire trust and motivate teams using strong communication, developmental, and interpersonal skills and abilities
- Must successfully guide teams, communicate clear goals, and facilitate problem solving
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite applications
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with recruitment, selection, development, management, and evaluation of staff
- Demonstrated ability to plan and implement effective operations
- Strong leadership skills, including negotiation, critical thinking, problem solving, decision-making, and delegation
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and/or collaborative partnerships with Board members, Club staff, volunteers, community groups, and other related agencies
- Flawless ethics and integrity
- Safety oriented mindset
- Must be able to frequently work for long hours at a computer
- Must be able to regularly deal with normal levels of stress
- Must be able to occasionally stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and stoop
- Must be able to occasionally lift and or move up to 25 pounds and in a safe and sound manner
- Must be able to work special events
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Experience working in a non-profit setting
