Oversee detailing operations across multiple auto dealership locations in Northwest Arkansas, lead staff and training efforts, implement detailing processes to boost productivity, manage scheduling and inventory, and ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction across Crain Hyundai of Fayetteville locations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Detail Area Manager or similar role within an auto dealership environment.
- Strong knowledge of automotive detailing techniques, products, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and coordinate teams effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
