Job Summary
Provide best-in-class experience to customers and colleagues by supporting branches within a region, traveling daily to multiple locations. Process customer transactions accurately, maintain proper cash controls, and balance daily operations while resolving issues and educating clients on deposits, loans, and banking technology. Identify financial goals and needs to recommend appropriate banking products and services, acting as a resource for branch colleagues to ensure consistent, seamless experiences. Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies. This role requires reliable transportation and adaptability to changing schedules, offering dedicated coaching and career development opportunities within an inclusive team environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year customer service and branch banking experience
- Access to reliable transportation
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Exempt Status

- Bachelor's degree
- NMLS licensing
- Notary licensing
- Military service in administration, contracting, civil affairs or similar roles
- Cash Handling
