Job Summary
Provide best-in-class support to customers and colleagues by traveling between local branches to cover all aspects of branch banking, including customer transactions, servicing needs, and resolving issues. Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash controls and balancing daily, and educate clients on deposits, loans, and banking technology to optimize their money management. Identify financial goals and recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products to retain and grow relationships. Adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies while performing other duties as assigned. Requires dependable transportation for multi-location travel and one year of branch banking experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year customer service and branch banking experience
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Must have access to reliable transportation to facilitate working in multiple branches
- Must be dependable and adaptable traveling to multiple branch locations throughout the week
- Must be able to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Must be able to provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues
- Must have strong comfort level with technology educating customers on how to optimize their use of bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM banking)
- Must be able to adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures
