Area Custodial Project Manager

Manage multiple custodial contracts, conduct routine site inspections, and implement quality control standards to ensure compliance with customer requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, resolving concerns and supporting account retention while recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching custodial employees. Assist with RFPs, RFQs, pricing, site assessments, and pre-bid meetings, and oversee staffing, labor reports, inventory, and operational documentation. Travel statewide to provide onsite operational support, attend walkthroughs, and conduct employee counseling. Evening, weekend, and occasional overnight travel may be required.
