Job Summary
Lead area continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and digitalization methodologies to accelerate operational excellence and drive site profitability. Architect and execute 3-year improvement strategies that align with TCOM targets while integrating data analytics and agile workflows. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of improvement projects, from facilitating ideation sessions and defining milestones to coaching project teams and monitoring progress against key milestones. Maintain expertise in dashboards and KPI metrics to provide consultation for area teams and mentor personnel in building a robust continuous improvement culture. Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including the Business System Team and capital project leaders, to ensure adequate resource allocation and strategy alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or other related field
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with demonstrated leadership in process improvement and cross-functional initiative execution
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to extract and summarize key concepts and pertinent facts from various complex sources
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Background in data analytics integration, dashboarding, and digitalization of manufacturing processes
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
