Job Summary
Area Construction Superintendent responsible for supervising multi-discipline on-site construction activities for topside module fabrication and integration, coordinating system/sub-system MC and PCC, and ensuring HSSE, quality, and schedule compliance. Leads day-to-day construction activities, develops look-ahead schedules, tracks progress, enforces safety and quality requirements, and provides technical expertise on construction techniques. Coordinates interface and priorities between disciplines, addresses operational challenges, and captures lessons learned to improve performance and reduce non-productive time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
- Relevant experience in the construction industry with leadership of teams on-site
- Strong understanding of construction and commissioning processes in the relevant discipline
- Knowledge of HSSE regulations and quality practices
- Ability to review construction methods, priorities, and schedules; develop short-term look-ahead plans
- Experience directing and supervising site personnel and enforcing safety and quality standards
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Experience in supervising multi-discipline construction activities on large offshore/onshore projects
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Knowledge of HSSE, Quality, Regulatory, and Process Safety leadership
- Experience with construction planning, look-ahead schedules, and progress tracking
- Ability to coordinate interfaces between disciplines and manage subcontractors
- Familiarity with topside module fabrication, integration, commissioning and handover processes
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to work at the Marly Office or related project sites in France
