Job Summary
Assess regional portfolio trends to drive daily, weekly, and monthly collection strategies for PAYG products. Conduct mystery market visits to validate sales quality and mitigate repayment risks. Design and operationalize collection processes while training agents on repossessions and difficult customer interactions. Repossess products from delinquent customers and report product tampering or fraudulent practices to the Risk team. Provide weekly updates on field interventions and customer insights to Sales and Risk Management. Recruit cash collection centers and establish critical collection areas. Deliver weekly updates on field interventions and customer insights to Sales and Risk Management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma related to Finance, Community Development, Communication, Credit Risk Management or related fields
- at least 1 year of work experience in a similar position with field experience and also with rural customers settlements
- relevant experience from Microfinance/ Fintech or banking background on Credit Collections debt recovery preferable
- good communication & people skills
- excellent issue-tracking and resolution skills
- Work with multiple sales teams and cross-functional teams seamlessly
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of the territory will be an added advantage
