The Area Coach oversees 4 - 10 Taco Bell restaurants, ensuring operational excellence by coaching Restaurant General Managers and achieving customer and financial satisfaction. Requires multi-unit management experience and effective team leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of successful, operational multi-unit management experience.
- Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching and development of managerial employees.
- Proven ability to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction
- Good communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Exceptional team building capability.
- Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical decision making skills.
- Basic personal computer literacy
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Must be able to travel between designated stores daily
