Job Summary
Oversee 5-10 QSR restaurants and drive operational excellence to meet or exceed EBITDAR budgets across a broad regional footprint. Coach Managing Partners, Co-Managers, and Shift Supervisors; ensure staffing levels, Employee Relations needs, and execution of weekly/period goals. Promote best practices, customer service excellence, and participation in leadership development programs and nationwide training initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year, preferred 3-5 years of multi-unit operational management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry, including Profit and Loss responsibility
- Valid driver’s license
- High School, GED, College, or University Degree preferred
