Area Co-Manager - C-Store - North Bend

Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned C-Store sites by creating staff schedules, interviewing and training employees, and ensuring compliance with all laws and brand standards. Manage daily tasks including paperwork, deposits, lottery ordering, inventory, ATM balancing, vendor coordination, and equipment repairs. Balance deli cooking and resolve customer and employee conflicts while maintaining store cleanliness and safety. Monitor gas and propane prices, conduct secret shop audits, and identify opportunities to cut costs and increase profitability. Maintain positive vendor relations and uphold both Carson and Brand standards across all locations.
