Job Summary
Area Care Tech (ACT) to support clients when regular staff are unavailable across multiple clients and locations. Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene and grooming, supporting safe mobility and transfers, performing light housekeeping and meal preparation, offering companionship and emotional support, documenting care activities and reporting changes in client condition, and responding quickly to client needs in various homes across assigned areas. Travel to client homes as needed. Must be 18+, have an active CNA or PCA license (preferred) or be willing to become PCA, possess a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and auto insurance, and be willing to undergo background check and drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- Age 18 or older
- Active CNA or PCA license (preferred) OR Willing to become PCA
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
- Current auto insurance
- Clean background check and drug screening
- Willingness to travel to client homes as needed
