Job Summary
Area Business Manager (Pulmonology) in Louisville, KY remote within the US. Responsible for engaging Pulmonologists and key customers, delivering clinically focused selling messages to drive asthma-related product goals, and growing revenue within an assigned geography. Collaborates with Regeneron Sales Professionals, Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement and Market Access teams, Thought Leader Liaisons, and other territory stakeholders to identify market dynamics, develop strategies, and ensure optimal account success. Builds relationships with pulmonary experts, biologic coordinators, office staff, and patient advocacy groups; plans and executes local promotional speaker programs; manages budget to support territory objectives; participates in industry congresses and meetings; drives opportunities with large group practices and key targets; aims to maximize customer value while maintaining compliance. Requires strong clinical knowledge, organization, and account-management skills, and a passion for science.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience
- Ability to travel to meetings/training/programs as necessary
- Proven success and positive track record of consistent sales performance in complex markets with diverse customer segments
- Ability to operate as a “team player” in cooperation with collaboration partners and internal colleagues to reach common goals
- Valid Driver’s License
