Job Summary

Manage and develop a high-performing team of 9-12 Neuroscience Health & Science Professionals, overseeing hiring, coaching, performance management, and representative development. Drive sales performance for the business portfolio, conduct regular coaching and observations, and build strong partnerships with marketing and channel colleagues. Ensure full compliance of selling activities for the team and model professional standards while utilizing digital tools to engage customers and analyze market trends. Establish strategic plans for the area team, manage district-level budgets, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and engagement. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify account development opportunities and deliver on business imperatives in alignment with Pfizer's mission to advance breakthrough therapies for migraine patients.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
6 years of previous pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience
at least 3-5 years spent in a position with demonstrated leadership across Peer and Customer Groups
Valid US driver's license
driving record in compliance with company standards
No DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years
Ability to travel to all Representatives within District as well as Area/National Meetings, as required
Ability to travel and stay overnight as necessary
Field travel required
inconsistent travel schedule
Permanent work authorization in the United States
