Job Summary
Manage multi-unit restaurant operations in the Midwest Market with a focus on profitability, budget adherence, and driving revenue growth. Lead teams to execute the Burger King C.A.R.E. model and 7-Star strategy, ensuring consistent exceptional food quality and guest relations. Develop a culture of accountability among staff while maintaining operational excellence across multiple locations. Requires 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience, proficiency with MS Office, and ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Valid driver's license and travel capability required. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 to 5 years of multi-unit management experience in the restaurant and/or retail industry
- Ability to travel
- Valid drivers license and insurable
- Ability to use a PC and MS Office Suite proficiently
