Job Summary
Drive sales growth and customer development across assigned market sectors, key accounts, and new markets while leading a team in penetrating target areas and meeting sales targets. Manage team sales collection, implement credit control to minimize risk exposure, and strategize sales processes, market research, and competitor analysis to forecast business and establish market share. Establish disciplined sales operating structures, communicate company goals, and propose annual business plans with monthly reviews. Maintain effective communication channels between sales management and other departments, ensure order and complaint resolution, and safeguard sensitive customer data.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/Marketing/Business Management or equivalent
- Related Industry (Material Handling Equipment, Industrial Automation, Warehouse Automation, Warehouse related item sales etc)
- Good sales performance track record
- Experienced Customer Based – End Users
- Working experience from Racking/Material Handling Equipment industry/Paint Industry/Building Materials/Industrial Packaging
- Specialized in Marketing or Business
- Willing to travel outstation for local sales
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office) & knowledge in web analytics tools
- Possess own transport
