Job Summary
Lead admissions from inquiry through move-in, building referral partnerships with hospitals, physicians, and community organizations to drive census growth. Coordinate screening with clinical teams, conduct facility tours, and represent the brand at networking events while creating marketing materials and tracking trends. Evaluate insurance coverage for Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care, complete admission paperwork, and maintain accurate EMR documentation. Deliver customer service through daily interactions and quality assurance rounds across Cascades at Skyview, Hemingford Care Center, and Ponderosa Villa. Support three Nebraska communities in delivering exceptional short-term rehabilitation and long-term care within a people-first environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to perform duties requiring adequate vision and hearing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- Two to three years of healthcare sales or marketing experience preferred.
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, customer service, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with a compassionate approach.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance processes, Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care preferred.
- Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, Electronic Health Record (EHR), and CRM systems.
- Experience with medical billing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records preferred.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
