Area 3 Elementary School_Teacher, Kindergarten (Browns Mill ES) 2026-2027

Implement grade-relevant, subject matter-specific curriculum for diverse learners, including those with special needs, while developing and delivering lesson plans through in-person and virtual formats. Create an engaging classroom environment conducive to academic success, physical fitness, and life skills, and communicate regularly with parents, students, and district personnel via phone, email, or video conferencing. Assess student progress, document achievement data, and prepare reports on classroom performance and attendance. Supervise student behavior in accordance with the Student Code of Conduct and direct paraprofessional work as needed. Collaborate with team members, attend professional learning sessions, and participate in conferences with counselors, administrators, and families. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Behavior Intervention Plans for students with varying exceptionalities, ensuring accommodations are provided and progress is monitored toward state standards.
