Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on fancoils, evaporators, condensers, chillers, pumps, air extractors, air handling units, and variable air volume boxes. Install thermal piping in chilled water lines, replace filters for air handling units and diffusers, and mount thermostats and solenoid valves on equipment. Fit air conditioning ductwork and integrate HVAC systems with the Building Management System. Perform installation and adjustment of ductwork for air conditioning systems.
