Job Summary
ARD Facilitator position supporting Special Education across KIPP Texas Public Schools. Responsibilities include scheduling and assisting ARD meetings, developing IEPs and 504 plans, ensuring compliance with IDEA and Texas regulations, providing coaching to campus-based special education managers, data analysis to inform improvement, and serving as a liaison for the Special Populations team. Travel between campuses is required; responsibilities include MTSS/504/IEP-related documentation, parent communication, and collaboration with the Director of ARD Facilitation to advance the Special Education Strategic Plan. Strong knowledge of ARD processes, IDEA, and state education law, plus ability to engage stakeholders and support school teams through comprehensive compliance and program improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Special Education Certification
- Satisfactory outcome background check
- 3+ years experience teaching with a focus on special education services
- Knowledge of 504, and the 13 eligibility categories under IDEA
