Job Summary
Lead daily restaurant operations by supervising team members, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the venue. Assist with hiring, training, and coaching staff while directly engaging with guests to resolve service concerns and uphold friendly, efficient service. Work in various restaurant positions as needed to support business needs and participate in team meetings to maintain a positive environment. Requires regular on-site attendance and the ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to move throughout the restaurant, reach, bend, grasp, carry, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions as needed
- Ability to regularly lift and carry less than 25 lbs
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance consistent with business needs
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of the business
- Ability to follow and reinforce food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and company procedures
- Ability to support team member training, coaching, and shift direction
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to provide friendly, helpful, and professional service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
- Leadership and coaching skills to guide team members and support shift performance
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize responsibilities and maintain operational standards
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
- Attention to detail to support accurate orders, quality food preparation, and operational standards
