Conduct diverse participation across all HOAI performance phases, adapting to prior experience and interests. Co-design design and permit plans, guide work and execution planning, and assist in tendering and procurement processes. Coordinate exchanges with specialists, contractors, and clients while accompanying on-site implementation. Contribute to developing planning processes and quality standards within a team of 60 colleagues working on projects for industry leaders in southern Germany. Enjoy direct contact with stakeholders and a structured schedule in an open-space office environment.
