Job Summary
Conduct architectural planning and execution design for public projects including swimming pools, saunas, kindergartens, schools, and town halls in Northwest Germany. Prepare building permits and bills of quantities while managing large projects within a team or handling smaller projects independently. Coordinate individual trades and sections across comprehensive designs, with potential leadership of projects depending on interest. Work in a modern office near the Zwischenahner Sea with regulated hours, internal and external training opportunities, and an autonomous environment featuring short decision-making paths.
Required Qualifications
- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur
- Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen
Desired Qualifications
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse in ArchiCad und Orca Ava
